Steve Laskowski was born in Howell, Michigan and raised in Brighton. He comes from a background of over 20 years of industry experience and loves working with First Time Homebuyers. "I love educating people and walking them through the process. A home is typically the biggest purchase for a family, and it is so fulfilling for me to bring them into the fold of home ownership". Steve started his career in the Real Estate Title industry in 1999 and has been licensed since 2002. He has also spent over 13 years as an independent Landman, where he worked with many Energy companies in the oil, gas, and wind energy fields. He has extensive knowledge of the Real Estate Market and wants to bring that knowledge and experience to you.

Steve decided to become a Real Estate Agent because he saw a widening gap between the service that agents provide and the service that both buyers and sellers expect. He jumped into the industry to fill this gap with a focus on excellent communication and customer service. Victoria Latocki was born in Detroit, Michigan and was raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan. After moving from West Bloomfield, Victoria met her husband, Kevin. Their first home purchase was in Saline, Michigan and they now resides in Tecumseh, Michigan. Victoria's husband’s line of work as a Licensed Builder for 30 years provides her with an added insight to the market in general as to what improvements can make a house a home and more marketable. As a professional in her prior career, Victoria recognizes the importance of values of trust, first-rate customer service, exceptional communication, patience, and hard work. Victoria attended Wayne State University for Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) and has been a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) for 20 years. She's worked for 12 years at The Toledo Hospital and, more recently, 8 years at Michigan Medicine before deciding to pursue a career in Real Estate.

Victoria and Patricia met many years ago when she helped Victoria and her hurband purchase their first home, then their second home 10 years later. With each transaction, she remembers how dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring Patricia was through the entire process.
